What is the Return Policy?
Return & Exchange Policy – we stand behind the quality of our air compressors and accessories. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return process outlined below. 1. Eligibility for Returns Products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date if the product is damaged or faulty and we failed to replace The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required. Custom-built, special order, or clearance items are non-refundable. 2. Non-Returnable Items Used or damaged equipment due to improper handling. Opened compressor oil, lubricants, or consumables. Electrical components once installed. Items purchased on clearance or marked "final sale". 3. Faulty or Damaged Products Please inspect all items upon delivery. Notify us of any damage or defect within 3 working days of receipt. If confirmed faulty, we will offer a repair, exchange, or full refund. Photos or videos may be required for warranty evaluation. 4. Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or manufacturing defect). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance. 6. Refunds Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–30 business days to your original method of payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 7. Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for a different model, size, or specification, contact us to check eligibility and stock availability.
